Chef Tripi (Right) learned to cook from an old school chef and father and many years in the trenches. His extensive training combined with his creative vision and discerning palate bring him to the forefront
of culinary innovation and refinement. Tripi’s time running 5-star restaurants, resorts, and The Yellowstone Club is embodied throughout the amazing recipes of PURE Jerky Co.
Dave Hinkle (Left) is the Founder and President of PURE Jerky Co. Many years in business sales, finance, and nonprofit work led him to start the brand. A brand built on excellence featuring products crafted from the finest ingredients to deliver five star quality snacks.
